Kapitola přibližuje složitý proces unifikace veřejného práva v prvních letech po vzniku Československa. Všímá si jednak základních odlišností ve struktuře obou právních oblastí a zkoumá praktické změny a dopady.
Unifikace představovala právnětechnicky velmi nesnadný úkol pro celou jednu generaci právníků.
The chapter describes the complex process of unification of public law in the first years after the creation of Czechoslovakia. It notes the fundamental differences in the structure of both legal areas and examines the practical changes and impacts. The unification represented a legally very difficult task for an entire generation of lawyers.
