Za účelem ochrany archeologického dědictví je každý stavebník provádějící činnost v území s archeologickými nálezy povinen ohlásit archeologickému ústavu a umožnit provedení záchranného archeologického výzkumu. Brožura představuje stručný návod, jak tyto povinnosti splnit.

In order to protect the archaeological heritage, every builder carrying out activities in the area with archaeological findings must notify the archaeological institute and allow the rescue archaeological research to be carried out. The brochure presents a brief guide on how to fulfil these obligations.
