Kapitola se věnuje možnostem právního řešení klimatické migrace v mezinárodním právu a evropském unijním právu. Vysvětluje základní pojmy včetně využitelnosti pojmu uprchlík podle Mezinárodní úmluvy o uprchlících, a poté se věnuje právním dokumentům zaměřeným na vnitřní a mezinárodní migraci.
The chapter focuses on the possibilities of legal solutions to climate migration in international law and European Union law. It explains the basic concepts, including the applicability of the refugee concept under the International Refugee Convention, and then discusses legal documents on internal and international migration.
