Představuje historické aktéry, u nichž upozorňuje na význam generační homogenity, a na význam vzestupu prestiže právního profesního vědění v 60. letech. Představuje také hlavní témata reformistického právního diskurzu.

The chapter deals with the topic of reform efforts in the field of law in the Czechoslovakia in the 1960s. It presents historical actors, it draws attention to the importance of their generational homogeneity, and to the importance of the rise of the prestige of legal professional knowledge in the 1960s. The chapter also discusses main themes of the reformist legal discourse.
