Final Monitoring and Evaluation Report summarizes developments and achievements of Gender Equality Plan implementing partners of Gender-SMART consortium. The report analyses the GEPs in terms of criteria set by the European Commission, keeps track of which topics the partners are focusing on the most and provides important feedback for organisations' subsequent work on gender equality and meeting the requirements for participation in Horizon Europe. The next section focuses on the key factors - the so-called impact drivers - that enable and indicate progress on gender equality in each institution. It compares the progress made since 2020, when the Mid-term Monitoring and Evaluation report was published. The report also summarises the results of the questionnaire surveys, which covered both developments within the institutions and the functioning of the consortium.
