    Here we present the synthesis of a full series of monodeoxyfluorinated N,N-diacetylchitobiose analogues 1−5 and the parent disaccharide 6. We demonstrate that fluorinated chitobiose analogues are accessible using fluorinated monosaccharide building blocks – methyl 2-azido-glucoside acceptors and NHTroc-protected 1-thioglucoside donors.
