Acta Unitatis Fratrum, která obsahují celkem 14 rukopisných svazků, jsou největší sbírkou pramenů k dějinám jednoty bratrské. Zde opsané dokumenty zachycují období od počátků jednoty do roku 1589 (pozdější svazky se nedochovaly). První svazek regestové edice obsahuje texty z rukopisných svazků 1-4, z období od založení jednoty do 40. let 16. století.

The Acta Unitatis Fratrum, contain in all 14 handwritten Volumes, are the largest collection of sources to the history of the Bohemian Brethren. In these Volumes copied documents date back to the beginning of the Unity up to year 1589 (following volumes were not remained). Vol. No. 1 of the regest edition records the texts of the handwritten Volumes No. 1-4 from the time since the beginning of the Unity to the 1540s decade.
