Vystoupení na moderované debatě "Žalujeme (na) klima" v rámci Týdne Akademie věd ČR, 6. 11. od 18:30 spolu s klimatologem Pavlem Zahradníčkem z CzechGlobe. Hlavními diskutovanými tématy byly za oblast práva klimatické právo jako nové právní odvětví a jak může pomoci řešení změny klimatu, klimatická litigace, očekávání od nadcházejícího klimatického summitu COP27 v Egyptě a spravedlivá transformace.
Presentation at the moderated debate "We are suing (for) climate" within the Week of the Czech Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, 6 November at 18:30 together with climatologist Pavel Zahradníček from CzechGlobe. The main topics discussed were in the field of law were climate law as a new branch of law and how it can help address climate change, climate litigation, expectations from the upcoming COP27 climate summit in Egypt, and just transition.
