El presente libro ofrece una selección de estudios sobre Comenio. Sus autores (Colombia, Brasil, Argentina, España, República Checa) reflejan la actualidad de la investigación sobre Comenio, especialmente en el ámbito latinoamericano, en la perspectiva filosófica, antropológica y pedagógica. El capítulo de Věra Schifferová abre la primera sessión “La perspectiva filosófica”. Schifferová propone algunas líneas para comprender los profundos fundámentos teológicos y filosóficos de la pansofía cristiana de Comenio y su proyecto de la enmienda universal, a saber: la metafísica, la relación entre teología y filosofía, el trinitarismo, el milenarismo, la relación entre Comenio y Descartes, el universalismo de su proyecto pansófico y panarmónico. El capítulo fue traducido por Iván Ortega Rodríguez.

This book offers a selection of studies on Comenius. Its authors (Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Spain, Czech Republic) reflect current research on Comenius, especially in Latin America, from a philosophical, anthropological and pedagogical perspective. Věra Schifferová’s chapter opens the first session “The philosophical perspective”. Schifferová proposes some lines to understand the deep theological and philosophical foundations of the Christian pansophy of Comenius and his program of the universal improvement, namely: metaphysics, the relationship between theology and philosophy, the millenarianism of Comenius, the trinitarianism, the relationship between Comenius and Descartes, universalism of his pansophical and panharmonic project.
