Mundus possibilis – Svět možný je jedním z Komenského pokusů o sestavení pansofické metafyziky, a to jakožto popis jsoucna pouze v jeho možnosti: ne co ve věcech je, ale co by mohlo a mělo být. Komenský ho staví do čela své Pansofie jako její nezbytný úvod a základ. Kritická edice latinského textu na základě rukopisu je opatřena textově kritickým aparátem a podrobným věcným komentářem.

Mundus possibilis – The Possible World is one of Comenius’s attempts to build a pansophic metaphysics, as a description of being only in its possibility: not what is in things, but what could and should be. Comenius puts it at the head of his Pansophy as its necessary introduction and foundation. The critical edition of the Latin text based on the manuscript is provided with a text-critical apparatus, an introduction and a detailed factual commentary.
