It will be scrutinized, whether representative actions will ensure better enforcement in the Visegrad 4 countries, and if the way of amending injunction actions, as recommended by the New Deal, could provide more efficient or effective justice in theses four countries. Finally some alternative instruments or a mix of them will be recommended, which showed to be quite effective in these countries, regarding our collective redress project, which was carried out at the Czech Academy of Sciences.
