Polymer nanocomposites in the form of membranes PCL/MWCNTs and PCL/MWCNTs-f, PCL/ESCNFs and PCL/ESCNFs-f, PCL/GO or PCL/rGO, containing a 0.5% nanoadditive in relation to the weight of the polymer in each material, were fabricated. The scanning electron microscopy images show that spherulites with the smallest diameters crystallized in PCL/MWCNTs and PCL/rGO, while those with the largest diameters crystallized in PCL/ESCNFs-f. Raman spectroscopy enabled the assessment of changes in the arrangement of the PCL matrix, as a result of the introduction of carbon nanoparticles. MWCNTs-f interact with the PCL polymer chain system, methylene and carbonyl groups, while MWCNTs and GO interact only slightly with the carbonyl groups of PCL. The parameters characterizing bands of carbon materials, i.e., the position of the G-band, the half-width, and the coefficients R1 and R2, indicated that nanomaterials in which carbon fibers are nanoadditives, are the most disordered materials among the tested samples. The analysis of the G’-band shift in membranes, compared to its position in the free nanoparticles, indicates the existing stresses in nanocomposite materials and the highest stress of around 4% was estimated for MWCNTs and MWCNTs-f.
