Seznámeni s historií a současností vybraných národnostních menšin (Němci, Židé, Slováci, Ukrajinci, Rusové, Rusíni), včetně vývoje vztahu majoritní české společnosti k minoritním skupinám obyvatel v různých obdobích. Součástí workshopu jsou rollupy, výstava knih, periodik, CD a uvedení tří představitelů menšin osobně (vědec, pěvkyně, středoškolská profesorka), seznámení se s jazykem menšiny v živém provedení, ukázky z krásné literatury, vážné, lidové i populární hudby a závěrečná diskuse.

Getting to know the history and the present of the selected ethnic minorities (Germans, Jews, Slovaks, Ukrainians, Russians, Ruthenians), including the evolution of relationships between the Czech majority society and minority populations at various times. The workshop includes roll-ups, the exhibition of books, periodicals and CDs, and the personal introduction of three representatives of minorities (one scientist, one singer, and one high school professor), doing participants’ with given minority language, demonstrations of beautiful literature, classical, folk and popular music, plus a final discussion.
