Hegel’s Concept of Ethical Life Today, Leiden: Brill 2020. Kniha je tvořena sbírkou esejů, jež pojednávají o ideách a pojmem Hegelových Základů filosofie práva (1820). Eseje jsou přepracovanou verzí přednášek, jež zazněly na mezinárodní konferenci o Hegelových Základech v Praze v roce 2018. Eseje se snaží pochopit a zhodnotit Hegelovy teze z moderního, současného hlediska. Některé z nich pojednávají i o vztahu ke Kantově praktické filosofii.

Translation of a review on Jiří Chotaš, Tereza Matějčková (eds.), An Ethical Modernity? Hegel’s Concept of Ethical Life Today, Leiden: Brill 2020. The book is a collection of essays mostly dealing with ideas and concepts of Hegel’s Outlines of the Philosophy of Right (1820). The essays were presented on an international conference on Hegel’s Outlines organized in Prague 2018. They try to understand and evaluate Hegel’s theses from a modern, contemporary point of view. In some papers, his relationship to Kants practical philosophy is discussed, too.
