The objective of this work is to optimize an analytical procedure including UPLC and mass spectrometry, for qualitative and quantitative profiling of lipids extracted from mice liver. Optimized method was used for the comparison of profile of lipids extracted from liver tissues of control group of mice and mice that were exposed to increased concentrations of heavy metal nanoparticles in the air.
