Předmětem užitného vzoru je modifikátor frikčních vlastností termoplastického polyurethanového elastomeru. Modifikátor představuje synergickou směs termoplastického polyurethanu, amidu mastné kyseliny a grafitu. Hlavní výhodou navrženého modifikátoru je vysoký účinek na frikční vlastnosti modifikovaného termoplastického polyuretanu při jeho nízké koncentraci, a to jak v suchém prostředí, tak v přítomnosti maziv a jejich vodných emulzí. Zároveň aplikace modifikátoru má jen minimální negativní vliv na mechanické a zpracovatelské vlastnosti výsledného materiálu.

The subject of the utility model is a modifier of friction behaviour of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers. The modifier is based on synergic mixture including thermoplastic polyurethane, fatty acid amide and graphite. The main advantage of the modifier is a pronounced effect on friction behaviour of modified thermoplastic polyurethane at low concentrations and in both, dry environment and in the presence of lubricants and their water emulsions. Simultaneously, the application of the modifier has only marginal negative effect on mechanical and processing properties of the final material.
