Předkládané řešení se týká způsobu výroby extraktu z Pythium oligandrum, který obsahuje kroky kapalinové extrakce Pythium oligandrum nepolárním rozpouštědlem za vzniku výluhu, obsahujícího nepolární složky, a rafinátu a následné extrakce tohoto rafinátu polárním rozpouštědlem za vzniku extraktu, obsahujícího účinné látky pro léčbu kožního melanomu. Předkládané řešení se dále týká extraktu z Pythium oligandrum, připravitelného uvedeným způsobem, a jeho léčebného použití.


The solution submitted relates to the method of producing an extract from Pythium oligandrum, which includes the steps of liquid extraction of Pythium oligandrum using a non-polar solvent to form a leachate containing non-polar components and a raffinate and subsequent extraction of this raffinate using a polar solvent to form an extract containing active substances for the treatment of skin melanoma. The solution submitted also refers to the extract from Pythium oligandrum, which can be prepared in the indicated manner, and its therapeutic use.
