Užitný vzor sestává z dvou typů migračních barier. Mechanická bariera znemožňuje migraci ryb proti proudu za běžných stavů vody. Elektrická bariera s aktiviovaným elektrickým polem doplňuje účinek mechnické bariery a představuje hlavní barieru při odstávkách mechanické bariery.

The utility model consists of two types of migration barier. The mechanical barrier prevents the migration of fish upstream under normal water conditions. The electric barrier with activated electric field complements the effect of the mechanical barier and represents the main barrier during outages of the mechanical barrier.
