Tématem příspěvku je židovská náboženská literatura vydávaná v Neumannově a Rossmannově hebrejské tiskárně, která fungovala v letech 1753-1803 v Brně a krátce také v Mikulově. Soustředí se na různé druhy a žánry židovské náboženské literatury a jejich poměrné zastoupení v produkci této tiskárny. Dále bude sledovat vývoj žánrů židovské náboženské literatury a proměnu jejich frekvence během padesáti let činnosti hebrejské tiskárny v Brně. Zaměří se také na potenciální publikum, kterému byly různé druhy náboženské literatury určeny (nábožensko-právní díla, responsa, modlitební knihy, modlitby v jidiš pro ženy, lidová literatura). Stručně také zmíní náboženskou literaturu vydávanou nehebrejskou filiálkou neumannovské tiskárny.

The article deals with the Jewish religious literature published in Neumann and Rossmann’s Hebrew printing house, which operated in the years 1753 – 1803 in Brno and shortly for a brief time also in Mikulov. The article focuses on different types and genres of Jewish religious literature and their percentage in the production of these printing houses. It will also describe the genres of Jewish religious literature, their development and the change in their frequency during the fifty years of activity of the Moravian Hebrew printing house. It will also focus on potential audiences to whom various types of religious literature were addressed and will also reflect the linguistic shift from Hebrew and Yiddish to German in Hebrew letters. The article also provides a brief outline of the religious literature published by the non-Hebrew branch of the Neumann’s printing house.
