Workshop se zaměřil na roli HR a personálních oddělení v prosazování genderové rovnosti a personální oddělení. Diskutovány byly přínosy strategického řízení lidských zdrojů s ohledem na rovnost pro instituci a jak lze z pozice HR oddělení iniciovat změnu v organizaci
The workshop focused on the role of HR and human resources departments in promoting gender equality and human resources departments. Discussed were the benefits of strategic human resources management with regard to equality for institutions and how a change in the organization can be initiated from the position of the HR department.
