Webinář poskytl obecné seznámení s tématem nevědomých předsudků, jejich tvorbou a posilováním a zaměřil se na nebezpečí, která přinášejí zejména v oblasti férového zacházení ve vědě a výzkumu a na pracovišti. Byly uvedeny typické příklady genderových předsudků, kterým vědkyně čelí a byly nastíněny možnosti, jak s předsudky bojovat nejen na individuální úrovni, ale i systematicky na úrovni institucí.




The webinar provided a general introduction to the topic of unconscious biases, their creation and strengthening, and focused on the dangers they respresent, especially in the field of fair treatment in science and research and in the workplace. Typical examples of gender prejudices faced by scientists were given and the possibilities of combating biases not only at the individual level, but also systematically at the institutional level, were outlined.
