V rámci řešení projektu byl vypracován optimalizovaný model umožňující výpočet návinu vláknových rovingů na polymerní liner kompozitní tlakové nádoby. Díky tomuto modelu lze určit optimální úhlovou skladbu návinů včetně počtu vrstev z hlediska pevnosti a hmotnosti navrhované nádoby. Metoda vychází z rozsáhlých teoretických prací světově uznávaného odborníka v této oblasti V.V. Vasilieva a je zpracována v software-u MAPLE
In frames of solving the project an optimized mathematical model was developed which makes it possible to calculate the winding of fiber rovings on the polymer liner of the composite pressure vessel. Owing to this model it is possible to determine the optimum angle pattern of windings, including the number of layers, from the viewpoint of the strength and weight of the designed vessel. The method comes from extensive theoretical works of professor V.V. Vasiliev, the world-wide recognized specialist in this area. The method is compiled in the MAPLE software.
