Ostrovy se pod nadvládu výjimečného stavu nedostaly s šířením koronaviru, ale už před několika lety. Výjimečný stav v hotspotech je dán jejich geografickou distancí od evropské pevniny. Jejím prostřednictvím se pevninským institucím podařilo zformovat takové právní regule a pravidla, jež se liší od podmínek platných v přijímacích střediscích jinde v Evropě.
The islands did not come under a state of emergency with the spread of coronavirus, but several years ago. The state of emergency in hotspots is due to their geographical distance from the European mainland. Through it, the mainland institutions have succeeded in formulating rules and regulations that differ from the conditions in reception centers elsewhere in Europe.
