V statje issledujutsja slovoobrazovatelnyje modeli remeslennoj leksiki, ispolzujemoj dlja nazvanij remeslennych dejatelej. Glavnoj celju issledovanija javljaetsja opredelenije motivacii naimenovanij remeslennych dejatelej. Rassmatrivajutsja nazvanija dejatelej, svjazannych s plotničestvom, stoljarnym delom, valjalnym delom, prjadeniem i tkačestvom, polučennyje iz slovarej literaturnych slavjanskich jazykov i ich dialektov. Avtory issledovali remeslennuju leksiku belorusskogo, bolgarskogo, verchne- i nižnelužickogo, makedonskogo, polskogo, russkogo, serbskogo, slovackogo, slovenskogo, ukrainskogo, chorvatskogo i češskogo jazykov.

The article discusses the patterns of word formation of the craft vocabulary used to name the person carrying out particular professional activities. The main goal is to trace the motivation of the craftsmen names. The names of persons associated with carpentry, felting, spinning and weaving were extracted and studied by means of dictionaries of both standard Slavic languages and their dialects. The authors of the article consider craft vocabulary of the Belarusian, Bulgarian, Upper- and Low Sorbian, Macedonian, Polish, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Ukrainian, Croatian and Czech languages.
