Stať je věnována středověké architektuře klarisek v českých zemích a otázce vlivu řeholních předpisů na její podobu. Žádná z verzí řeholí vzniklých během 13. století neobsahuje celistvé vyjádření ohledně podoby kostela či konventních budov, uváděny jsou pouze dílčí stavební úpravy nutné pro dodržení striktní klauzury sester. Ty se sice jeví jen jako detaily, některé z nich však ve skutečnosti výrazně ovlivňovaly podobu staveb. Kláštery vzniklé u nás během 13. a 14. století představují nesourodou skupinu, determinovanou především finančními možnostmi a přáními zakladatele, a rozdílně se v nich odrazila také zmíněná stavební nařízení.

The article deals with the medieval architecture of the Poor Clares in the Czech Lands and with the issue of order regulations and its influence on architecture’s appearance. None of several versions of order rules of the 13th century contains a compact statement regarding the architecture form of the church or convent buildings. Only partial construction modifications, allowing compliance with a strict enclosure are mentioned. These modifications look like details, but some of them fundamentally influenced the form of convent buildings. The convents originated in the Bohemian Lands within the 13th and 14th centuries represent a heterogeneous group, determined primarily by the founder’s financial possibilities and wishes, and they reflect very differently the above-mentioned construction devices too.
