První část monografie pokrývá všechny důležité oblasti, na které se ve vztahu k dělnictvu soustředila v letech 1939 – 1945 pozornost nacistické okupační politiky v Protektorátu Čechy a Morava. Druhý díl zasazuje sociální a pracovní problematiku průmyslového dělnictva do kontextu politického vývoje v letech 1945 – 1948.

The first part of the monograph encompasses all important areas which the attention of the Nazi occupation policy had been focusing on in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia between 1939 and 1945 with respect to workers. The second tome sets social and labour issues of industrial workers into the context of political developments between 1945 and 1948.
