Prostor na setkání byl věnován komentované prohlídce jednotlivých laboratoří a představení nákladných přístrojů a zařízení. Během prohlídky měli účastníci možnost diskutovat s odborníky ústavu technické parametry zařízení či způsob řešení konkrétních problémů z jejich pracovišť. Pozornost byla také věnována individuálním rozhovorům o možnostech budoucí spolupráce mezi výzkumnými pracovníky ústavu a zástupci zúčastněných výzkumných institucí a firem při řešení průmyslových problémů či při společné výzkumné činnosti.

A meeting was dedicated to guided tours to individual laboratories and to the introduction of expensive equipment and facilities. During the tour, visitors had the opportunity to discuss with the Institute's experts the technical parameters of the facility and solutions to their specific problems. The atention was also focused on individual interviews on the possibilities of future collaboration between the Institute's researchers and representatives of participating companies in solving industrial problems or in joint research activities.
