Řešení poskytují deriváty strigolaktonů obecného vzorce I, ve kterém R1 je vybrán z H, C1-C4 alkyl a R2 je vybrán z C1-C4 alkyl, Br, Cl, OH, O(C1-C4 alkyl), COOH, COO(C1-C4 alkyl), přičemž (R1O) je vždy v poloze ortho nebo meta. Deriváty jsou vhodné pro použití jako regulátory klíčení semen parazitických rostlin, zejména rodů Striga a Phelipanche.

The invention provides formula I strigolactone derivatives where R1 is selected from H, C1-C4 alkyl, and R2 is selected from C1-C4 alkyl, Br, Cl, OH, O (C1-C4 alkyl), COOH, COO (C1- (R 10) is always in ortho or meta position. The derivatives are suitable for use as seed germination regulators of parasitic plants, in particular of the genera Striga and Phelipanche.
