Vynález se týká léčebného přípravku, obsahujícího molekulární vodík H2, se zvýšeným antioxidačním účinkem, určeného k prevenci a léčení zánětlivých a degenerativních onemocnění. Podstata vynálezu spočívá v tom, že molekulární vodík H2 je kombinován s trehalózou. Kombinace molekulárního vodíku H2 a trehalózy, zejména ve formě přípravků obsahujících molekulární vodík H2 a trehalózu, může být použita k prevenci a léčení širokého spektra zánětlivých a degenerativních onemocnění. Zvláště účinné je použití k léčení zánětlivých a degenerativních onemocnění předního i zadního segmentu oka.

The invention concerns a medicament containing molecular hydrogen H2, with an enhanced antioxidant effect, to prevent and treat inflammatory and degenerative diseases. The nature of the invention is that the molecular hydrogen of H2 is combined with trehalose. The combination of molecular hydrogen H2 and trehalose, particularly in the form of molecular hydrogen-containing compositions of H2 and trehalose, can be used to prevent and treat a wide range of inflammatory and degenerative diseases. It is particularly effective in treating inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the anterior and posterior segment of the eye.
