Cílem tohoto semináře určeného pro vedení vysokých škol bylo představit podoby genderové nerovnosti ve vysokém školství, argumenty pro změnu tohoto stavu a nástroje řešení genderové nerovnosti ve vybraných oblastech (komunikace a kultura, nábor, hodnocení, kariérní postup, slaďování osobního a pracovního života, vedoucí a rozhodovací pozice).

The aim of this workshop for management of higher education institutions was to introduce the main aspects of gender inequality in higher education, arguments for change and measures to tackle inequalities in selected areas (communication and culture, recruitment, evaluation, career advancement, work-life balance, leadership and decision-making positions).
