Since the discovery of synthetic zeolites in the early 1950 s, a significant progress has been made in the area of zeolite science. Zeolites have found widespread applications in industrial processes because of their unique porous structures and properties. In the last decades, a number of new zeolites were discovered some of them with interesting structural features for further research.
