Seminář Komise pro životní prostředí AV ČR Les jako součást krajiny a zdroj poznání dne 3. 11. 2017. Přednesen příspěvek Potřebujeme nový lesní zákon?. V rámci AV21 – ROZE. Příspěvek shrnul současný stav legislativy v oblasti ochrany lesů a zhodnotil jeho adekvátnost z hlediska nových výzev, jako jsou kůrovcová kalamita nebo důsledky klimatické změny, a poté nastínil směry, v nichž je potřeba uvažovat o úpravách lesního zákona.

The paper summarized the current Czech legislation on the forests protection and evaluated its suitability in the perspective of new challeges like the consequences of the climate change or the current bark beetle calamity, then it considered the necessary changes in the Czech Forest Act.
