    We present a concept of photon-upconversion barcoding for dose-response studies in droplet microfluidics utilizing affordable PDMS microfluidic chip. The microfluidic droplet-based system with photon-upconversion droplet encoding proved its applicability for enzyme assays. The proposed system is also promising in other types of microfluidics optimization experiments, chemical reactions monitoring and chemical/biological assays.
