Studie pojednává o procesu zajišťování movitého majetku konfiskovaného na základě dekretu prezidenta republiky č. 108/1945 Sb. na Liberecku. Zaměřuje se zejména na činnost tří osobností – pověřence Státního památkového úřadu Jaroslava Dědiny, pověřence téže instituce a pozdějšího ředitele Severočeského muzea v Liberci Vlastimila Vintera a pověřence Národního kulturní komise Josefa Scheybala.

The study contemplates the process of securing the movable possessions confiscated on the base of the decree of the president of the republic No. 108/1945 Coll. in Liberec and close area. It focuses mainly on the activities of three individuals – representative of the State monument institute Jaroslav Dědina, representative of the same institute and later director of the North Bohemian museum Vlastimil Vinter and representative of the National cultural commission Josef Scheybal.
