The reaction of N-linked glycans containing N-acetylglucosamine in their molecule with a labeling reagent as (2-aminoethyl)trimethylammonium chloride is connected with the multiple product formation. The predominant product originating from the mentioned reaction was successfully purified by salting-out liquid-liquid extraction and subjected to the structural analysis.
