Určujícím smyslem a rámcem existence lidských, resp. občanských práv nemůže být žádná menšinová kolektivita, nýbrž stát politického národa a jeho občanské společnosti jako celku. Nikoli jeho jednotlivé kolektivně vymezitelné součásti, dílčích segmentů, jako kupříkladu nejen národní, ale všechna uskupení, jež si libovolně nárokují a přisvojují menšinový a zároveň lidskoprávní status, zatímco ve skutečnosti jsou pouhými zjevně svévolnými menšinovými konstrukty tzv. menšinových kolektivit.

The core meaning and framework of the existence of human, resp. civic rights cannot become any minority collectiveness, but a statehood of a political, and its civic society as a whole. None of its individual, collectively definable parts, partial segments, as e.g. not only national, but all groupings that arbitralily demand, and assume a minority, and as well human rights status, while as a matter of fact they are obviously mere arbitrary constructs of so called minority collectivities.
