Workshop se zaměřoval na zásady vytváření plánů genderové rovnosti v akademických institucích coby nástroje systematického řešení genderové rovnosti. Vedle obecných principů sestavování plánu byly představeny příklady existujících plánů a opatření. Pozornost byla dále věnována faktorům, které jsou rozhodující z hlediska úspěšnosti implementace a udržitelnosti opatření.
The aim of the workshop was to introduce the main principles of setting up a gender equality plan in academic institutions. It focused on examples of existing gender equality plans and common gender equality measures and discussesed factors that are key for successful implementation, as well as sustainability of the measures.
