A polydimethylsiloxane chip for monitoring cell migration comprises a channel barred with pillar arrays with decreasing spacing. Cell migration through the chip was induced by a gradient of fetal bovine serum and the migration was monitored under an inverted microscope at 37°C and 5% CO2.
