Jsou uvedeny doporučení pro standard, který se používá k určení přístrojové funkce. Dále je zmíněn vztah stability dekonvoluce a poměru šířky měřeného difrakčního profilu a šířky instrumentální funkce.

Recommendations for a standard which is used to the estimation of the instrumentál function are introduced. A relation between a stability of the deconvolution and the ratio of a width of the measured diffraction profile and a width of the instrumental function is also mentioned.
