Tato kniha je populárním úvodem do magnetické biofyziky a je určena žákům vyšších tříd a vysokoškolským (univerzitním) studentům počátečních ročníků biologických a fyzikálních fakult. Materiál je vyložen formou jednotlivých vyprávění tak, aby i čtenář bez speciálního vzdělání mohl získat počáteční seznámení s poutavou vědou - magnetobiologií. Kniha bude užitečná i pro rodiče zvídavých dětí jako pomůcka, ve které mohou najít odpovědi na mnohé otázky dětí o přírodních jevech.


This book is a popular introduction to magnetic biophysics and is intended for high school students and undergraduate students majoring in physics and biology. The material is presented in an enjoyable form of short stories so that the reader without any specific knowledge of the subject could easily get an initial acquaintance with this fascinating science - magnetobiology. In addition, this book will be useful to parents of curious children as a small handbook where they will be able to find many answers to their children's questions. The book contains many intriguing scientific hypotheses, which, as the authors hope, will be confirmed or refuted by our readers in their future scientific research. One of the main goals that moved us to write this book is to interest young people in the novel and rapidly developing science of magnetobiology. The book contains many amusing illustrations, a brief dictionary of scientific terms and a list of literature for additional reading.
