Applying rheological characterization of poly(ethynele oxide) solved in good and poor solvents the overlap concentrations were approximated. It was proved for poor solvents that these concentrations are related to quality of electrospun fibres, it means whether the obtained nanofibrous mats are uniformly distributed or not. Therefore, for qualitatively acceptable distribution of nanofibres it is necessary to exceed an overlap concentration for poor solvents. It was shown that for good solvents this criterion fails and no acceptable nanofibrous web is possible to expect even for concentration exceeding an overlap concentration.
