V předkládané monografii autor syntetizoval výsledky svého více než desetiletého sledování nových forem výskytu kriminality spojené s výpočetní technikou, internetem a novými službami informační společnosti. S novinkami v oblasti informační a komunikační technologie se objevují stále nové možnosti, jak tyto nové technologie využívat, ale i zneužívat. Kniha se kyberkriminalitou zabývá z trestněprávního a kriminologického pohledu.
In the presented monograph, the author synthesized the results of his more than ten-year monitoring of new forms of crime related to computer technology, the Internet and new information society services. New opportunities in the area of information and communication technology offer new ways of using and exploiting these new technologies. The book on cybercrime deals with the criminal and criminological point of view.
