Směs endofytních hub pro zvýšení produkce biomasy obsahující kmeny Verticillium leptobactrum Gams kmen MR67, Exophiala sp. kmen MR72 a Halenospora/Zalerion sp. kmen MR75 zvyšuje výnos biomasy hostitelské rostliny na živinově chudší i těžkými kovy zatížených lokalitách a dává tak předpoklad dobrému přezimování a růstu rostlin v následujícím období.

Present patent describes utilization of the mixture of endophytic fungi isolated from the perennial grass Miscanthus x gigateus for promotion of plant growth. The mixture comprises three ascomycetous fungi: Verticillium leptobactrum Gams strain MR67 /CCM 8703/, Exophiala sp. strain MR72 /CCM 8705/ and Halenospora/Zalerion sp. strain MR75 /CCM 8704/. Inoculum made of these three fungi can be used in both liquid and solid (after immobilization on a proper carrier) form to promote survival and growth of plants cultivated on nutrients-poor and/or risk elements-contaminated fields. Targeted plants are namely energy grasses from Poaceae family such as species belonging to the genera Miscanthus, Bromus, Phalaris, Festuca, Agrostis etc. but not restricted exclusively to the group.
