Řešení se týká derivátu paclitaxelu obecného vzorce II, v němž R1 znamená dvouvazný N-rnaleimidobutyryl a R2 znamená vodík. Derivát je vhodný pro použití jako léčivo, zejména pro léčbu nádorových onemocnění.
The invention relates to a paclitaxel derivative of general formula II, where R.sup.1.n. represents a bivalent N-maleimidobutyryl and R.sup.2.n. represents hydrogen. The derivative is suitable for use as a medicament, especially for the treatment of cancer.
