Upon using the nonequilibrium quantum transport theory a formula is developed for the irreversible transfer of electronic excited state (exciton), or for the transfer of an electron, or a hole particle, between two quasi-zero-dimensional nanostructures. The electron-phonon interaction is included in an approximation going beyond the limits of a finite order of the perturbation calculation. The formula is expected to be suitable for analysis of light-conversion measured data, like in the experiments on the photosynthesis. We show that the application of the formula to the electric conduction of some electrically conductive polymers is rather promissing.
