Předložená studie se pokouší postihnout úlohu Švýcarů ve výchovném a vzdělávacím procesu šlechty z českých zemí. Sleduje jejich sociální původ, jazykově-národnostní a konfesijní skladbu, průběh vzdělávání, délku vychovatelské služby, jejich následné kariéry apod.

The submitted article is trying to appreciate the role of Swiss people in the process of upbringing and education of nobility from the Bohemian Lands. It traces their social origin, language-national and confessional composition, course of education, the lenght of their service as tutors, subsequent careers etc.
