This work demonstates the possibilities of capillaries modified with sub/supercritical water (surface structures and i.d. changes). Such prepared capillaries were used for electrophoretic separation of proteins from biological matrices (albumin, cytochrome c, lactoglobulin, ribonuclease A, amyloglucosidase), various strains of bacteria E.coli and strains of both variants of Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA and MRSA).
