Předkládané řešení se týká 2,6-disubstitutovaných purinů, způsobů jejich přípravy, farmaceutických přípravků obsahujících tyto sloučeniny a jejich použití pro léčbu
onemocnění, v jejichž patogenezi hraje klíčovou úlohu deregulace kináz z rodiny ROCK, JAK a JNK. Přípravky obsahující tyto sloučeniny je možné použít k léčení
nemocí plic, oka, střev, kůže a nervového systému, pro která je typická abnormální migrace buněk, zánět nebo fibróza.

The solution submitted relates to 2,6-disubstituted purines, the method of their preparation, pharmaceutical preparations containing these compounds and their use for treating diseases, in whose pathogenesis, the key role is played by deregulation of kinases from the family of ROCK, JAK and JNK. Preparations containing these compounds can be used to treat diseases of lungs, eyes, bowels, skin and the nervous system, which are characterized by abnormal cell migration, inflammation or fibrosis.
