Growing importance of MR-based real time
assessment of tissue fat fraction (FF) in clinical diagnosis and metabolic research inspired different solutions from research community.
While multi-echo Dixon based acquisition is a clinical standard for the characterisation of adipose tissue and high fat infiltration
in inner organs, MRS based data acquisition is histologically proven gold standard method even in the presence of low tissue FF.
We aimed to compare FF quantification accuracy provided by Fat/ Water Matlab-based toolbox including several algorithms and the
    MRS-based FF assessment, at 3T.
