In this paper we report on shape measurement by multi-wavelength digital holography using windowed averaging of reconstructed complex fields. It is shown how to adjust digital holograms captured at different wavelengths for reconstruction by Fresnel transform in order to obtain superposed reconstructed fields. Further it is demonstrated the basic principle of windowed digital holography for shape measurement and its improvements are compared to classical approach.
